How to Create a Stunning Wedding Album Using Your Online Gallery"

Why a Wedding Album Still Matters

Your wedding day goes by in a blur — a beautiful, emotional, once-in-a-lifetime kind of blur. And while digital galleries are great, there's something special about holding your story in your hands. These aren’t your parents’ wedding albums with glue-stuck prints or crinkled plastic sleeves. Today’s albums are sleek, modern, and built to last — with lay-flat pages, vivid colors, and a clean, minimalist design. Best of all, they’re designed and delivered quickly so you can relive the magic while it’s still fresh.

Step 1: Select Your Favorite Photos

  • Access Your Gallery
Click the link I sent you to open your private photo gallery. Everything is neatly organized and easy to browse.

  • Mark Favorites (50–100 images recommended)
Tap the ♥ icon on your must-have photos. Aim for 50–100 images, but keep in mind:

    • Fewer images = bigger, more impactful layouts

    • More images = tighter spreads, smaller photo sizes
Pick what tells your story best!

  • Organize for Parent Albums (if applicable)
Want to create parent or duplicate albums? Create a separate favorites list for each version (e.g., “Parent Album,” “Main Album,” “Just Us”).

  • Notify me!
Now that you’ve done the hard part of selecting your photos, let me know. Send me a text message, phone call, Facebook message or e-mail.

I’ll get to work on your album right away.

Step 2: Album Design & Sizing

  • Standard Album
Most couples go with a 10x10” black leatherette lay-flat album with 20 pages — a classic, elegant option.

  • Other Popular Sizes
Want something different? You can also choose from:

    • 8x8” – A perfect compact size or parent gift

    • 12x12” – For a more dramatic, coffee-table presentation

    • 12x16” – A panoramic upgrade that brings your images to life

All albums feature high-quality lay-flat binding and thick pages that feel substantial in your hands.

  • Design Timeline
Once you finalize your favorites, I’ll personally design the album using a storytelling layout — from getting ready to your final dance.
I’m fast, efficient, and have built albums for countless happy couples. Because of that, there’s no preview phase— your album ships faster, and it always looks amazing.

Step 3: Customize Your Album (Optional Upgrades)

Want to make your album even more personalized? Here are some custom options to consider:

  • Add More Pages
If your story deserves more space, we can extend the album with extra pages. Great for longer ceremonies or if you just can’t narrow it down.

  • Crystal Cover
A sleek, glass-like photo cover that adds a modern, editorial finish to your album. A great option for couples who want a bold first impression.

  • Larger Size Upgrade
If you're looking for more impact or want to feature even more photos, consider sizing up to a 12x16" album or a thicker book with more spreads. It’s perfect for showing off the full detail of your portraits and big moments.

Step 4: Final Touches

  • Cover Options
Black leatherette is the go-to for timeless appeal, but other textures and colors (linen, suede, metallics, etc.) are available upon request. I’m happy to show you swatches or samples.

  • Text & Embellishments
To avoid potential design delays or printing errors, I typically leave out text like names or dates. The photos tell the story — clean, elegant, and mistake-free. However, special requests are always considered!

Step 5: Delivery

  • Fast, Direct Shipping
Once your album is ready, it's printed and shipped directly to you (or to family, if you’re gifting a copy). You’ll receive tracking and can expect high-end packaging that’s ready to impress.
